29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(D): The employer did not ensure that all medical evaluations or procedures including the hepatitis B vaccine, vaccination series, post-exposure evaluation, or follow-up, including prophylaxis, were provided according to recommendations of the US. Public Health Service current at the time these evaluations and procedure took place: a) Willow Wood Nursing Center, Flowery Branch, GA - Employees such as RN's, LPN's, CNA's and housekeeping staff, were potentially exposed to blood and body fluids while caring for residents at the nursing home. The hepatitis B vaccine series was not completed for one of the nursing staff members, on or about 1/31/14. b) Willow Wood Nursing Center, Flowery Branch, GA - Employees such as RN's, LPN's, CNA's and housekeeping staff, were potentially exposed to blood and body fluids while caring for residents at the nursing home. The titer test was not performed after the HpB vaccine series was completed, on or about 1/31/14.
