29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a)  Old Gulf Service Station Building, Greenwood, MS 38930 - On or about January 23, 2014, an employee was exposed to falling 12 feet to concrete while re-installing metal facade panels from the basket of a rented JLG 450 AJ aerial lift due to his not wearing a personal fall arrest system, i.e., a full-body harness and lanyard(s) attached to the boom or basket.
