29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:      (a)    Jose Rosa, at 1308 W. Plum St., Fort Collins, CO 80521:  On or before January 21, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee was engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof of an apartment building under construction that had exposed edges.  This hazard exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 43 feet.
