29 CFR 1928.57(c)(2)(i): The mesh or nip-points of all power driven gears, belts, chains, sheaves, pulleys, sprockets and idlers were not guarded:   a.  At the twin hoppers in the upper sorting area, on or about 02/04/14:  Two horizontal belt and pulley sets operating at approximately fifty inches above the floor were not guarded against accidental contact.   b.  In the interior upper sorting area, on or about 02/04/14:  A horizontal belt and pulley set operating at approximately fifty-five inches above the floor was not guarded against accidental contact.  c.  At the twin hopers in the upper storage area, on or about 02/04/14:  Two chain and sprocket sets operating at approximately fifty inches above the floor were not guarded against accidental contact.  d.  At the hopper in the lower sorting area, on or about 02/04/14:  A chain and sprocket set operating at approximately sixty inches above the floor was not guarded against accidental contact.  Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
