Blackbeard Pond Partnership, LLC., doing business as Coles Point Marina and Boatyard, tool shed:  On or about 01/15/14, the distance between the abrasive wheel and the adjustable tongue guard on the Dewalt 8" bench grinder was 1", exposing employees to a struck by hazard.

Such work rests shall be kept a distance not to exceed 1/8 inch from the surface of the wheel.  a.)  Blackbeard Pond Partnership, LLC., doing business as Coles Point Marina and Boatyard, tool shed:  On or about 01/15/14, the work rest on the Dewalt 8" bench grinder was measured to be 1.5" from the surface of the abrasive wheel, creating a struck by hazard.
