OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.   On or about January 16, 2014, at a location near or at 1201 McClintock Dr., Shady Shores, Texas: employees riding a 2008 IntelliTach ATV were exposed to the hazard of being ejected from that vehicle when seatbelts were not worn.
