29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about February 6, 2014, on the North side of the construction site, an employee using an aerial lift, was not wearing harnesses and lanyard attached to the boom or basket, exposing himself to a 18 feet fall hazard. b. On or about February 6, 2014, on the Sorth side of the construction site, an employee using an aerial lift, was not wearing harnesses and lanyard attached to the boom or basket, exposing himself to a 18 feet fall hazard.
