29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     (a) Second floor, new residential construction located at 320 Adverstone Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214: Employee was exposed to falls while engaged in framing activities at heights of approximately 10-feet, 11-inches from the lower level with no fall protection system in place.    (b) Rear top plate, new residential construction located at 320 Adverstone Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214: Employee was exposed to falls while framing ceiling joist from the top plate located at heights of approximately 18-feet, 11-inches from the lower level without a fall protection system in place.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    (a) Stairway, new residential construction located at 320 Adverstone Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214: Employees were exposed to falls while using a stairway to access the second level which was not provided with stair rails along the open side which was 6 risers high approximately 44-1/2-inches from the concrete surface below.
