Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and was not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances:  a)  At the worksite where non-alkaline soap and hand towels were not available for employees using txi Portland Cement Type I/II and Amerimix Fiber Scratch & Brown Stucco, both corrosives.
