29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about February 7, 2014, at 1600 Halton Drive, Garage A, Grovetown, Georgia: Two employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately greater than 10-feet when the employer did not instruct the employees how to recognize and minimize fall hazards.
