29 CFR 1926.153(h)(11): Containers having a water capacity greater than 2.5 pounds (nominal 1 pound LP-Gas capacity) connected for use did not stand on a firm and substantial surface and, when necessary, were not secured in an upright position: (a) Hotel Front Entrance: Employees were using two LP-Gas containers to power two 375,000 Max BTU Torpedo Heaters, no s/n. The LP-Gas Containers were located unsecured on an uneven surface inside the building and not secured, as observed on or about 02/07/2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.153(h)(13): For temporary heating, heaters (other than integral heater-container units) were not located at least 6 feet from any LP-Gas container, blower and radiant type heaters shall not be directed toward any LP-Gas container within 20 feet: (a) Hotel Front Entrance: Employees were using two LP-Gas containers to power two 375,000 Max BTU Torpedo Heaters, no s/n. The LP-Gas Containers were located between 30-46 inches from the heaters and one heater was found blowing toward an LP-Gas container located 46 inches away, as observed on or about 02/07/2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
