29 CFR 1926.153(h)(11): Containers having a water capacity greater than 2 1/2 pounds (nominal 1 pound LP-Gas capacity) connected for use did not stand on a firm and substantial surface and, when necessary, were not secured in an upright position: (a) Hotel Front Entrance: Employees were using an LP-Gas container to power a 375,000 Max BTU Torpedo Heater, no s/n. The LP-Gas Container was located unsecured on an uneven surface inside the building and not protected, as observed on or about 02/07/2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.153(h)(13): For temporary heating, heaters (other than integral heater-container units) were not located at least 6 feet from any LP-Gas container, blower and radiant type heaters shall not be directed toward any LP-Gas container within 20 feet: (a) Hotel Front Entrance: Employees were using an LP-Gas container to power a 375,000 Max BTU Torpedo Heater, no s/n. The LP-Gas container was located 46 inches away from the blower and in front of the blower, as observed on or about 02/07/2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
