29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Excel Contractors LLC. - On or about February 10, 2014, two sub-contractor employees working from an installed platform more than 17 feet above ground level were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  b) Excel Contractors LLC. - On or about February 11, 2014, two sub-contractor employees performing framing operations on the second floor exposed to unguarded window openings were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Excel Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316194927, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Building #5, 1982 Route 70 East Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
