These include (but are not limited to) the following:     a) Bay 1: Model # SPOA84, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: N/A: Missing Company decals and warning labels. The Arm Restraints do not engage and telescoping stops do not work.       b) Bay 2: Model # SPOA84, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: 568527: Missing Company decals and warning labels. The Arm restraints do not engage. The Locks do not work       c) Bay 3: Model # SPOA84, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: N/A: Missing Company decals and warning labels. The Arm restraints and safety locks do not engage. There is excessive play in carriage and arms.       d) Bay 4: Model # SPOA84, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: L568527: Missing Company decals and warning labels. The Arm Restraints do not work. Telescoping stops do not work. Safety locks do not engage. There is excessive play in carriage and arms.       e) Bay 5: Model # SPOA84-14, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: L568522: Missing Company decals and warning labels.     Right side local doesnt work. Telescoping stops do not work. Arm restraints, two (2) are missing, two (2) are not working. Carriage and arms have excessive wear. Overhead hose is weeping- should be replaced.        f) Bay 6: Model# SPOA84-23, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: L587752: Missing Company decals and warning labels. Telescoping stops do not work. Safety locks do not engage. Overhead hose is weeping. Arms and carriages have a lot of wear. Replace the spotting dish.       g) Bay 7: Model# SPOA10N510, 10,000 lbs. capacity, Serial #: BHK04A0454: Left Rear arm bolt for stop is missing.        h) Bay 9: Model# SPOA84-23, 7,000 lbs. capacity, Serial # L587752: Missing Company decals and warning labels. Telescoping stops do not work. Swing arm restraints do not work. Lift has no spotting dish. Carriage and arms have excessive wear. Left creeps down (lowering valve). Both cylinders have blow by, lift creeps down (Lowering valve)       i) Bay 13: Model# SPOA84, Serial # N/A: Missing Company decals and warning labels. Arm restraints dont engage. Locks dont work. Carriage and arms have excessive wear
