29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged (1926.602(d) the requirements as applicable to construction work under this paragraph are identical to those set forth at 1910.178 of this chaper) or, in the alternative, OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by suspended loads.  (a)  On or about February 11, 2014, the slings used on a switchboard were not hitched in a manner providing control of the load.  Note: Abatement certification AND documentation are required for this item.
