The generic exposure control plan for bloodborne pathogens within a compliance seminar manual kept in the dentist's office had not been adapted to the practice through the inclusion of site-specific details including a list of jobs / tasks with occupational exposure, as well as the schedule & method of implementation of program elements such as Hepatitis B vaccination, employee training, and recordkeeping.
