The employees were thereby exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.        b) On or about February 24, 2014, at the above located workplace, employees at the back of building Number 1 were required to work on an open-sided floor which did not have a standard railing (or the equivalent). The employees were thereby exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.        c) On or about February 24, 2014, at the above located workplace, employees at the back of building Number 2 were required to work on an open-sided floor which did not have a standard railing (or the equivalent) on three openings. The employees were thereby exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.

29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:               a) On or about February 24, 2014, at the above located workplace, employees were required to work in building Number One. The exit door at the back of the building was damaged and could not open. Employees in the building did not have a readily available emergency exit and thereby were exposed to the hazards associated with fire and smoke inhalation.
