29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Worksite at 111 East Dewey Ave., Wharton, NJ - AvalonBay building    Subcontractor employees conducting roofing work on a steep roof approximately 4 stories above the ground was unattached to the personal fall arrest system.  A partial guardrail system that did not run the length of the roof did not protect the worker from falling.
