29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a.  At the rear of the warehouse, on or about 02/26/14:  An emergency exit door was locked during working hours.  The door was locked with a slide bolt and was not equipped with panic hardware.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.  Husted Dairy, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312371966, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/10/09, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Terminal Road, Liverpool, New York, 13088.
