29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a)  Hamer 310 - Employees were exposed to machine hazards associated with in-going nip points after they removed the guard for the motor belt and pulleys in order to adjust and move the belt without shutting off the motor.    b)  Facility - Machine-specific energy control procedures were not documented for equipment such as the ice-maker.
