29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a) construction site, 3236 W. 26th St. in Erie, PA.  On or about February 25, 2014, employees working on the roof of the new garage structure and were exposed to a fall hazard of 28-feet.  Personnel were conducting work activities that included but were not limited to installing roofing material.  Personnel were not utilizing any form of fall protection.
