29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Employees were not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder:  On or about 2/27/2014 at the Tolland Turnpike Roof Repair Project, an employee was climbing an extension ladder and was using his right hand to leap from rung to rung while access and descending to and from the roof deck.  His left hand was carrying a 5 gallon pail.
