29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a) As noted on or about 02/27/2014, for the Challenge Paper Drill (Model JF, SN 955354) located in the production shop.  Employees operating the drill were exposed to point-of-operation hazards while holding the nylon in place to be punched/drilled.  There was no finger/hand sensor, or guard, to prevent employees from getting their hands into the point-of-operation.
