29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): Employee(s) using the Baldor machine to remove the rough edges from metal rods in the Delta H department were exposed to caught in between hazards due to no guard being provided for the lower 4 inch diameter belt pulley. The belt pulley was approximately 6 inches below the Baldor's work platform and rotating at approximately 1,725 revolutions per minute.

29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): Employee(s) using the Baldor machine in the Delta H to remove rough edges from metal rods were exposed to struck by hazards due to no lower belt guard being used below the Baldor's work platform. The lower section of the Baldor machine had approximately 6 inches of vertical belt that needed guarding, the belt was rotating at approximately 1,725 revolutions per minute.
