29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: Located along the rear interior area of the commercial structure there was an employee observed working from an aerial lift installing drywall utilizing a DeWalt DW272 screw gun powered through two energized orange extension cords which in multiple locations had damaged primary insulation exposing secondary insulated and uninsulated conductors.
