29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) Labels and other forms of warning, (g) Material safety data sheets, and (h) Employee information and training, will be met:   On or about February 25, 2014:  The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to protect the employees working at the Sports and Imports worksites located on Jesse Jewell Parkway SW in Gainesville, from eye and skin contact hazards.  Chemicals on site includes, but not limited to Yeager's Concentrated All Purpose Cleaner, Pro-Sol Pre-cleaner, Clear Cut Clearcoat Compound, power steering and other fluids, and semi-gloss enamel spray paints.
