29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet (1.22 m) or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:  On or about February 26, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Drilling Rig #80. Two employees were observed working on the rear platform of a truck without any guard rails or other form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 4 feet or more to the ground below.
