29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed:   a) Facility - Certification was not maintained by the employer where an annual inspection of the energy control procedures had been performed on equipment including but not limited to; return air handling unit number one, on or about 02/27/2014.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
