Written specific procedures addressing the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic energies were not developed on or about 1/24/14. Authorized specific training addressing the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic energies as well as safe application was not ensured for all employees, on or about 1/24/14. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
