29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of electric equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating:    a) Cleaning room, block #1; Employees were exposed to equipment failure hazards while operating the robotic quality inspection control panel which had a broken emergency stop.  The hazard would prevent employees from being able to shut down the machine in a timely manner.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:    a) Cleaning room, block #4 station #660; Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of 480 volts as a high voltage panel door was identified in the open position.  The electrical equipment was not guarded against accidental contact.
