29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.    a) Roof of 1 story building - An employee cutting on the edge of a roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately thirteen (13) feet without the use of a fall protection system or alternative fall protection measure, observed on or about March 5, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
