OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to flash fires and/or explosion hazards when the employer did not require the application of a nitrogen blanket prior to adding bagged resins to a flammable mixture which would minimize or eliminate occurrence of static charge, fire and injury:    (a) Location - Building 5:  On or about 3/6/14, an employee was injured while pouring a Vylon resin to a mixer containing flammable liquids without taking steps to eliminate static charge.
