29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   On or about March 7, 2014, at a residential structure located at, or near 149 The Woods, Woodlands Edge, Little Rock, Arkansas 72221, the employer did not ensure an employee framing a residential structure was properly protected by the use of safety glasses while using the pneumatic nail gun. The employee was observed/exposed to eye impalement hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   On or about March 7, 2014, at a residential structure located at, or near 149 The Woods, Woodlands Edge, Little Rock, Arkansas 72221, the employer did not ensure employees were using personal fall arrest systems while working on residential structure framing. Employees were observed/exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to unfinished ground below.

On or about March 7, 2014, at a residential structure located at, or near 149 The Woods, Woodlands Edge, Little Rock, Arkansas 72221, employees were working on residential structure framing. The employer did not ensure employees were properly trained in residential construction safety while exposed to fall hazards. An employee was observed/exposed to elevated fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to unfinished ground below.
