Bridgeport Vertical Mills, as there was no method of guarding around the chuck or bit area.     c) Production Area: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards created by the rotating parts of a Cincinnati #2 vertical mill, as there was no method of guarding around the chuck or bit area.     d) Production Area: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards created by the rotating parts of a Cincinnati #4 vertical mill, as there was no method of guarding around the chuck or bit area.     e) Production Area: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards created by the rotating parts of 2ea. Seiki XL 5vh turret milling machines, as there was no method of guarding around the chuck or bit area.     f) Production Area: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards created by the rotating parts of 2 ea. Carlton 3 x 11 radial arm drill presses, as there was no method of guarding around the chuck or bit area.
