29 CFR 1926.153(h)(4): Regulators were not either directly connected to the container valves or to manifolds connected to the container valves: (a) Baresville Elementary School West Side of Building - The LP gas hose was installed between the tank and the kettle with the regulator located at the kettle instead of at the LP tank. LP gas at full tank pressure flowed from the tank through the hose on or about March 7, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
