29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for an employee, and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before that employee began the work.    At the job site,  3424 E. 21st street North, Wichita, Kansas, employees were working near the east edge of the roof without a fall protection system in place.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet to the ground.
