(b) Worksite, residential home, east side - An employee was installing and fastening new roof sheathing  along the eastern side of the second story roof. The employee was using a Bostitch pneumatic nail gun, firing 28 degree wire weld framing nails, without any form of eye protection on, or about March 10, 2014.       Note: Abatement for this violation was previously documented; therefore, the employer is not required to submit abatement certification or documentation for this violation in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
