29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  (a) In the work shop at 71 Ramah Circle North in Agawam, MA:  On or about March 11, 2014, sewing machines being used by two employees were plugged into power strips and attached to flexible extension cords which is not in accordance with this subpart.    (b) In the workshop at 71 Ramah Circle North in Agawam, MA:  On or about March 11, 2014, electric shears were plugged into a flexible extension cord which is not in accordance with this subpart.
