29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:    a) Jobsite: S 10th & Pine Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about 3/11/14, an employee working on a ladder jack scaffold was not protected from falling by the use of a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were conducting brick pointing activities approximately 20 feet above ground level.
