29 CFR 1926.652(c)(3)(iii): At least one copy of the tabulated data, which identifies the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system: (a) Waste Water Treatment Facility project located in Eau Claire, WI; A copy of tabulated data for a 6 foot by 24 foot trench shield was not available onsite. The shield was used at depths of approximately 17 feet in sandy soil.
