The employer did not ensure that, in addition to the previous restrictions of this paragraph, that conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were posted within sight of the employee being served. The motors of all equipment being fueled shall be shut off during the fueling operation. (a) Gasoline tank: Employees were exposed to fire hazards as the gasoline tank used to fuel equipment did not have a "No Smoking" sign posted on the tank.
