Railway Ave., Greeley, NE 68842 (Maintenance Shop): The employer is failing to ensure that the opening between the work rest and abrasive wheel did not exceeded one-eighth inch on the 6 KT Industries bench grinder. The opening was three-eighths inch.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):  On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed to the building:    109 S. Railway Ave., Greeley, NE 68842 (Maintenance Shop  Over Bathroom): The employer is failing to ensure that the mezzanine on which air compressor and materials were stored had the load rating marked on it.    Abatement certification is required for this violation.  Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
