(1)  On or about March 5, 2014, an employee doing operating a batch mixer was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 8.50 mg/m3 of respirable dust, which is 1.691 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 5 mg/m3.
