29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:       (a)     Jaircinhos Construction, Inc. at 1824 Wilson Circle, Erie, CO 80516: On or before February 26, 2014, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in that two employees were engaged in tearing off an old roof and applying new sheeting on the roof of a single family residential home.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.       Jaircinhos Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 949008, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on December 19, 2013 and became Final Order on February 11, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 2380 S. Quebec Street, #304, Denver, CO 80127.
