29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:    Worksite located at 4848 W Covell Rd, Edmond OK 73012.  On or about March 10, 2014, employees were observed installing metal flashing to the leading edge of the roof at a height of greater than 20 feet without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard.

On or about March 10, 2014, and at time prior thereto, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet and were not provided fall protection training.
