OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that an employee was exposed to hazards including but not limited to cardiac arrest and serious interior/exterior electrical burns where emergency medical services were not immediately contacted after the employee received an electrical shock: a. Site - On or about March 4, 2014, the employer failed to contact emergency medical services for an employee who had received an electrical shock. The employer delayed obtaining emergency medical care when it first contacted the business owner and then the injured employee's parents. It was not until the employee's mother arrived at the restaurant that emergency medical care/911 were contacted.
