Prime Time Painting & Finishing, LLC, 2831 Washington Avenue, Clearfield, PA- On or about March 6, 2014, material safety data sheets (MSDSs) for Pitt-Tech Gloss Deep Rustic, Speedhide Zero INT/SG Neutral Base were not made available to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The material safety data sheets were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure MSDSs could be provided to a designated representative requesting access to the document.

Prime Time Painting & Finishing, LLC - On or about, March 6, 2014, Physician's Written Opinion for Respirator Use was not made available to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for examination.     c.) Prime Time Painting & Finishing, LLC - On or about, March 6, 2014, Respirator Fit-testing Records were not made available to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for examination.   On or about March 6, 2014, and dates prior thereto, the painter was required to wear an MSA brand, tight-fitting, air-purifying respirators during painting/coating operations.
