29 CFR 1926.100(a):  Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns were not protected by protective helmets:  This violation occurred on March 13, 2014, at a work site located at 4009 Jasmine Fox Lane, Euless, Texas; employees walking and working below workers above them were exposed to the hazard of falling tools and/or materials and were not protected by the use of hard hats.  Jose Rodriguez Decking was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952077, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3513 Treetop Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76126.

Jose Rodriguez Decking was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952077, citation number 1, item number 1(b)  and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3513 Treetop Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76126.

This violation occurred on March 13, 2014, at a work site located at 4009 Jasmine Fox Lane, Euless, Texas; employees walking and working from the roof of a new residential building, were not protected from falling more than 18-feet to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system.   Jose Rodriguez Decking was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952077, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3513 Treetop Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76126.
