29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i):   A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof:  a) Cetronia Ambulance Facility, Office-side, Worksite - on or about March 11, 2014, an employee was performing mechanical installation work inside the protected portions of a newly constructed building where direct-fire portable gas heaters were in use, but fire protection was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the building, exposing the employee to potential injury in the event of a fire.
