29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): Body belts were not worn and lanyards were not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.      a) Front of building - On or about March 7, 2014, two employees were not wearing fall protection while working from an aerial lift basket.      The Pro Line Panel Systems, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 511700, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 9301 E.R.L. Thornton FWY, Dallas, TX 75242.
